Shared and reseller servers are backed-up once a week on Sunday; the exact time depends on when we can get to your server. If today is Sunday, please contact us via phone or live chat, so that we can check if the new backup already ran.
To have any backup restored, please use this online form. If you provide your own backup file, the restore service will be free.
